  • Jules F - Just tried the Thai green curry sausages, they look amazing even before cooking, the shallots that you can see through the perfect sausage skin, amongst the other yumminess with that slight fish sauce makes it even more authentic. Excellent with a fried egg, yum. By the way these are from the new shop at East Gosford, heaps of parking out the back, don't forget.


  • Jules M - I always get sliced ham and bacon here every week. The sliced silverside is yum as well, so make sure you ask for it, they don't have a sign up.
    I also bought a mini ham for Christmas this year, so sweet and a great price. The meat here is always top quality but the extra's make the place super special. If you can, grab a sausage roll or meatloaf (big sausage roll).

  • John W - I've been making a weekly trip up from Hornsby for almost two years, simply because Edwards Family Butchery at Woy Woy is the very best. The quality of the meat sold is superb, especially the pork roasts, the beef roasts; chooks to die for, English bangers that melt in your mouth. Also, there's nothing beats friendly service, and a smiling face, from Mark Edwards and his team. I know for certain I'd not shop anywhere else. Thanks guys.


  • Carl H - Wow is all can say about the sausages. We got a selection of 5 different flavours and some standard sausages for the kids. They would have to be some of the best sausages that I have ever had. Loved the chicken corn and honey sausages and the chilli beef ones. Will be getting more before we head home to Shellharbour.


  • Craig B - Couldn't tell you how many types I've tried… There are some that to me are unreal and a couple that to me I didn't like so much.. (But still had no problem eating). There's still many that I want to try… But for me anything with ham, and the lamb rosemary and honey are unreal!
